It is a tradition to give departing missionaries a kente cloth banner. As ours was being given Bob said to the group "they have misspelled my name." The group went silent. Then he said "my name is Kwasi" which is the Ghanian name for someone born on Sunday. The group loved it.

After stops in London, Amsterdam, and Seattle we met this group at the Salt Lake City airport.

We don't know who was happier, Deanne or the grandkids.

We were greeted with the colors of Ghana to help with the transition.

We discovered there was a large group of Ghanians at out house when we got there.

So many people to love - Church in Ghana

There are many people in the world. In Ghana we found some of the most righteous, hard working, dedicated, humble Saints that we had ever met, and we will love them forever.
